2. How to ensure that I received the chicken egg incubator undamaged?
At first , our package is standard for shipping, before sign in, please conform product undamaged, otherwise, please contact with us within 2days, we have bought insurance for you, we and shipping company will be responsible!
3. What I can do when it break down in using time?
Emergency!
A. When electricity is cut off or your incubator broke down, our incubator can keep temperature for 2-4 hours. In the meantime, you can find out the trouble and call urgently to consult with us.
B. If the incubator broke down, eggs are at risk of dying! It is best to keep another incubator as a back-up. If none is available, you might try to use some heat packs like the sportsmen use.
